POLICIES

We value your time and appreciate your commitment to self care. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients and therapists, the following policies apply:

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

No-Show Policy:
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Illness Policy:
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. We appreciate your commitment to protecting the health of our therapists and other clients. There will be no charge for cancellations due to illness, and we will gladly reschedule your massage.
